BioI've been a member of Livejournal for a while now and haven't updated this page since I joined. I mainly come here to post and comment in a few of my favorite communities...
... The main purpose of my own journal is to track all things relating to my weight loss journey. I have struggled with a (medically diagnosed) eating disorder for a number of years and have good days and bad days.... mostly bad days but I just work through these and look forward to feeling more normal one day.
My journal, therefore, isn't one to be looked at by anyone wanting to lose weight. It's not a healthy track of progress. It's purely what I use to keep myself feeling happy and in control. I include lots of progress pics, low calorie recipe ideas, and mainly just my random thoughts and feelings as I go along.
I hope I can help anyone who has similar issues and work through this as best as I can!
